CELEBRATING 25 YEARS – We would like to congratulate our Head Chef Ian Carre for 25 years service at the hotel. A local Guernsey man Ian has seen the hotel go through many changes and has helped the development of both the hotel and restaurant over the years. Always ensuring a high level of food service his consistency in cooking has been the backbone of our success. A big thank you from the hotel and guests, we look forward to your continued service.
