It's always great to see who's behind all that fantastic cuisine! This month we caught up with Julie for an exclusive interview.
So Julie, what inspired you to be a chef?
I've loved cooking from a very young age. Back in South Africa my best friend's mother did outside catering, I loved watching her work. She made such amazing food, she was an inspiration.
Where did you train as a chef?
Warwick's Chef School, Hermanus, SA
What do you love most about being a chef?
Waking up and going to the kitchen, for me beats any office environment!
What is your worst ...
